For Holiday Rentals, under our standard service level agreement our Property Managers will initially respond to calls from staying guests. Minor issues will be addressed as and when they occur, if appropriate. If a call needs to be escalated we provide a comprehensive reactive maintenance service. We offer a suitable resolution to most property maintenance issues through our team of pre-vetted property maintenance contractors.
